Two men arrested for stolen vehicle

At around 2:30 a.m. Saturday, two men were stopped in Napa after police determined the 1986 Toyota van they were riding was a stolen vehicle, Napa Police said Saturday.
Raul Salinas Estrada, 37, the driver, and Francisco Desantiago, 23, his passenger, were northbound on Highway 29.
The van was stopped at the 7-Eleven on Sierra Avenue east of Highway 29, police said.
Estrada and Desantiago, both of Napa, were arrested and booked at Napa County Jail for possession of stolen property, according to police.
On Friday, Napa Police arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of domestic abuse.
Areli Ramirez of Napa was arrested after police was dispatched to the 100 block of Freeway Drive for a disturbance.
The male victim told police he had been bit and scratched, police said Saturday.
Ramirez was booked at the Napa County Jail.
