As I mentioned in an earlier email, we've had the services of one of the most reputable CPA firms in the Napa Valley representing us, auditing our books and accounting practices as well as preparing our taxes returns. I am fully aware of the fact that donations to a non-profit must be used as designated by the doners. I think it's worth you knowing if you didn't catch it, that we have set up a separate account at Bank of the West for the purposes of tracking the income generated from this effort. Why have I not heard from you personally so that you can be more aware of our business practices so that you're efforts online can be backed with the facts to better your understanding of our organization? "
