Two individuals were arrested early this morning on suspicion of tagging numerous locations in Napa, according to police.

Arcing power lines in a grassy field in Carneros near Las Amigas Road and Duhig Road sparked a 20-acre fire Tuesday evening. Within an hour, Calfire quickly contained the blaze with the help of air support by 6 p.m. Calfire Battalion Chief Dave Shew said winds in the area made the fire burn as big as it did.
