In Napa on Saturday morning, three suspects were arrested on suspicion of car theft.

The three — Jonathan Dixon, 20, Damien Castaneda, 19, and a 17-year-old juvenile — were arrested after police was called to the 600 block of Costa Drive regarding a theft of a car, police said Saturday. As police officers responded to the call, they saw the reported stolen vehicle southbound on Soscol Avenue, followed by a second car.
Both vehicles were stopped and the three occupants were arrested.

" I've always said that people don't go to jail for being intelligent. This must have been Dumb, Dumber, and Dumbest. I can't imagine how proud their parents must be of them. "
