Bryan Klingler was arrested on Wednesday afternoon at a motel in Vallejo.
On Wednesday, Napa sheriff’s investigators issued a press release stating they were looking for Klingler, who is on parole, in connection with several robberies in Napa over the past few weeks.
Klingler, 31, of Napa was also wanted for questioning for the same type of robberies in Vallejo, Vacaville, Fairfield and Benicia.
The California Highway Patrol, along with Napa detectives received information on Wednesday regarding Klingler’s whereabouts. The information lead investigators to the Best Western Inn in Vallejo where Klingler was arrested without any trouble, sheriff’s Lt. Tom Commander said.
Commander said they believe Klingler is responsible for robberies at Jamba Juice, Baskin Robbins, Subway Sandwich, Quiznos, all in Napa, and also Country Creamery in American Canyon.
Klingler was booked into the Solano County jail, awaiting prosecution on robbery charges in that county.
It will be up to the Solano and Napa counties district attorney’s office to determine when Klingler will be returned to Napa County to face possible criminal charges, Commander said.
