Two Napa men facing serious drug charges
Two Napa men are facing serious drug charges and are being accused of growing 3,000 or more marijuana plants in rural Napa County. On Thursday, June 12, Napa Special Investigation Bureau (NSIB) agents arrested Freddy Arreola Romero, 18, and Ishmail Arreola, both listed as transients in Napa County, on suspicion of cultivation of marijuana and resisting arrest.
