Legal Aid of Napa Valley announces the release of its new Web site — www.legalaidnapa.org — designed to improve access to free legal services for Napa County seniors, immigrants and low-income residents.

The new Web site educates people about Legal Aid’s programs and services, including how to receive free legal representation and advice at the agency’s office in downtown Napa or at one of its county-wide legal clinics.

The Web site was made possible through a generous grant from the Jewish community of Napa Valley and the assistance of Annette Krammer of Forty-two Pacific Inc.

“Making access to our services easy is a top priority for Legal Aid,” said Diana Dorame, executive director of Legal Aid.  “Because of the generous support of the Jewish community of Napa Valley and Annette Krammer, we have improved our ability to reach more people who can benefit from our free legal services.”

The new site educates people about Legal Aid’s program areas, how to receive assistance from a Legal Aid attorney, and answers frequently asked questions.  It also provides information about volunteer opportunities at Legal Aid and lists additional legal resources.

Legal Aid of Napa Valley is a not-for-profit organization that provides free legal assistance to Napa County’s most vulnerable populations – seniors, immigrants and low-income residents. Legal Aid represents clients before courts and agencies, helps them obtain benefits, and protects their rights through advocacy, consultation, education and referrals.
