Is there a Web site where one can ask questions regarding recycling, garbage and/or yard waste? For example, once I’ve finished reading “Glad You Asked,” is it better to put the newspaper in a paper grocery bag with all the other to-be-recycled-papers or just chuck it loose into the recycling bin to mix with the cans, bottles and other papers?

Check lands woman in jail
A Vallejo woman attempted to use a counterfeit traveler’s check at the Wal-Mart Supercenter in American Canyon Monday afternoon, but detectives arrested the woman, 25-year-old Dalena Brumfield, at the scene. Police searched her residence and found more counterfeit checks. Brumfield was booked at Napa County jail on forgery, fraud and burglary charges.
