Swan Pools 13, Bacchus Caves 5

Pitcher Brenden Neal struggled in the first, quickly giving up four of the five runs for Bacchus, but he settled down and struck out two and forced a ground ball to end the second with no more damage. Max Hautala took the reigns and struck out five while holding Bacchus at four. Alex Neal finished the game on the mound, giving up Bacchus’ fifth run but compensating with his offense by going 3-for-4 with two runs scored. Aidan Willard was 3-for-3 with two runs scored, Mac Neilson was 3-for-4 with four runs scored, and Levi Olsen 3-for-3 with a run scored. Quinn Costello and Scott Silva each had clutch singles in the third that kept a two-out rally alive.

Swan Pools plays Advanced Auto Body Tuesday night for the start of the playoffs.
