Napa police responded to Pueblo Vista Elementary School on Wednesday night to a call of a group of people armed with bats and clubs.

When officers arrived, the group scattered, running off in different directions, police said.

Police were able to nab Jorge Luis Bravo, who was carrying a large wooden dowel, police said.

Bravo, 21, of Napa was arrested on suspicion of possession of deadly weapon and violation of probation.

anotherguyinnapa seems to think that this is also a racial thing. The dowel becomes a deadly weapon when you are carrying one and all of you friends have something in their hands too. When they are a "call of a group of people armed with bats and clubs" the dowel becomes a deadlyweapon. I think that it is just funny that you would insinuate that this is a racially driven arrest. It wasn't. Good Job NPD!
