CommentSheriff’s deputies on Thursday arrested a Napa man for three warrants as he walked along Silverado Trail, Sheriff’s Lt. Tracey Stuart said.
Additional charges against Arial Flores Barragan, 40, were filed after methamphetamines were found in his pocket at Napa County Jail, she said.
