Mark Joseph, were leading players in
the biggest most poorley planned growth
in the history of Napa County. Now he is
for "slow and balanced growth". Then there is the Vallejo factor. We should elect a Fireman or a Sheriff after what
happened in Vallejo? "

I also know nothing about his campaign manager but I do not believe entirely in the concept of guilt by association, especially in politics where it's a given that people will mingle.
There's nothing wrong with electing a fireman, or even a sheriff for that matter. Firemen are often well acquainted with environmental issues, for example, he might reconsider allowing development in high fire threat forested areas. Our present supervisors and planners may not have such expertise. Balance is good. We need representatives from all walks of life, not just the real estate, legal or business sectors.
And it's quite a leap, using the Vallejo factor as a reason not to elect a sheriff or fireman.
