Celebrating four decades of winemaking in the New World is no mean feat.

Without much fanfare, the United States government has just announced a new bureau to regulate the proliferation of back label copy clichés on our nation’s wine bottles. 

When Marc and Janice Mondavi of the Peter Mondavi Sr. Family Estates and Charles Krug Winery serve as the honorary chairpersons for Justin-Siena’s annual fundraiser event set for Saturday night at the Villagio Inn and Spa in Yountville, their Generations wine will be the featured VIP wine.

It was kind of like a graduation party — the group all gathered at Celadon restaurant was gazing at the object of the celebration and thinking,  “I knew you when ..”
