I've had enough brainwashing by elites

It is amazing to see so much ignorance among so many intelligent people. The Register opinion page for April 5 posted an L.A. Times editorial supporting another $50-billion foreign aid bill fighting disease and poverty.

Sen. Obama has dwarfed that with his Global Poverty Act, S. 2433, which will lead to the implementation of a United Nations global tax, costing the U.S. at least $845 billion dollars over 13 years in the name of fighting worldwide poverty. The amazing part is that Congress and the media do not see anything wrong with spending money we don’t have and spending it unconstitutionally.
Congressmen are sworn to “uphold the U.S. Constitution,” yet very few have read this most important document. If the congressmen and the editorial staff of this newspaper would have done their reading they would know that foreign aid is unconstitutional. The founding fathers also added the 10th amendment to make clear what the Constitution authorizes.

People of authority have a high disregard of the law, but what stands out more is the public acceptance of arrogant rule. Last year Sen. McCain worked with Sen. Kennedy to produce one of the most unconstitutional bills to date, which would have established the North American Union  within their amnesty bill. To abolish the U.S. republic in favor of a global union is not only unconstitutional but total treason. Sen. McCain is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the subversive organization behind the NAU. Yet, McCain has become the candidate of choice. Why?
It all has to do with “sensitivity training.” It’s the ability to dig into your mind and rearrange your thinking. What you thought was right is now wrong and what is wrong is now right. The Soviet Union and Nazi Germany first developed this technique to control their own people and it became known to us as “brainwashing.” This was a planned, step-by-step attempt to "wash" family-taught beliefs from the minds of those who oppose government ideology. The establishment or America’s unelected rulers have seized upon this scientific knowledge, and a massive worldwide partnership is now pioneering new strategies for social transformation.

Most thinkers will not be brainwashed voluntarily, so the establishment is now making brainwashing mandatory. Here are some examples: A superintendent of a public school sparked a federal lawsuit by teaching homosexuality to children as young as kindergarten. Worried parents can review course material, but have no right to withdraw children from class during lessons. Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen will have to undergo league-mandated "sensitivity training," after using an epithet for a homosexual to describe  a Chicago Sun-Times columnist. Now free speech is a hate crime.
The political scene is no exception when it comes to brainwashing. Global warming is a prime example. We have just experienced the coldest winter in 100 years, with the Arctic and Antarctic regions back to normal. In spite of the facts, the establishment continues to brainwash the world into a carbon tax. Quebec will implement Canada's first carbon tax in October.

Another example is the news media’s coverage of Sen. Obama’s school in Indonesia. The story never mentioned the word Muslim even though the school was a Madrassa, or Muslim seminary, and Obama spent at least four years there training under his Muslim stepfather. Once a Muslim, always a Muslim by Koran laws. The United States' constitutionally limited republic is the "antithesis of Islam."

Looking to the Internet we find a different story on Sen. McCain’s voter popularity. Ron Paul crushed McCain by receiving 98 percent of the vote at www.whowouldtheworldelect.com. This should be no surprise. People on the Internet prefer searching for answers rather than being spoon-fed by the controlled media.

Our local news continues the brainwashing in all areas. From a bombardment of lies about slow growth to calling Mexican illegals undocumented workers. The gang problem is out of hand, but we are not told that over 80 percent of the gang members are illegals. The DUI statistics are not printed either. The Napa fair board is completely brainwashed and has trashed our fair as an American tradition and has called it “Fiesta de Napa” this year.

We are not told that under Title 8, being an illegal alien is a federal crime. Rolling out the red carpet for them has given Napa a new title, the identity theft capital of the U.S. The front page of the newspaper will glorify the benefits of illegals while not saying a word when our flags are placed upside down at the county buildings.

I for one have had enough of this onslaught of brainwashing and it’s time you say so, too.

" Excellent article! The American people are being soldout by politicians pandering to illegal aliens and special interest groups. Pelosi, Feinswine, Villaraigosa, Newsom and Baca are all traitors that should be arrested, prosecuted and removed from office. Since when is enforcing the rule of law racism? California better wake up before it's too late. Time to vote the traitors out of office. Our state and country are bankrupt. Be legal or be gone! "

" I'm also saying "enough". When I was much younger, someone in the USSR made the comment that the US would slowly turn into a socialist state, and I thought "no way"! But we have ignored all the warning signs and charged right on down the socialist road. Too many special interest groups now with their finger in the pie, too much government brainwashing, and not enough people willing to think for themselves and not drink the government Kool-Aid. The two parties are almost identical twins now. We need a viable third party to wake people up. "

" I agree mostly with the libertarian philosophy espoused here as long as it includes everything and it doesn't allow the government to go into my bedroom and doctor's office and tell me what I can and can't do with my personal life. If it doesn't do that , then this philosophy is just another example of idealogical hogwash. "

" According to the L.A. Times, 50% of gangs in L.A. are illegals from South of the Border. It would be interesting to find the derivatives of the other half. It's a social problem for sure and we certainly do not need to compound our own social problems.

I understand your frustration but it would be more effective to channel it a bit. I admit that I am a moderate liberal but I'm getting fed up with the dysfunction too. I don't like extremism and I always believed that if we were all toward center, we would be better off. I'm not sure that's the case anymore. I think being too much IN center makes us indecisive but being too far outward in opposing fields stops the treadmill from moving altogether. Either place leads to immobility.

Our politicians appear unwilling to take a strong position on anything anymore. Sure, they take a position but soon back down. I believe that this "talk but do nothing" reaction came about as a result of our lawsuit happy society which strangles almost anyone who steps out on a limb. It's so ingrained in our psyche now that both government and it's people are helpless. Our country is handicapped to deal with any issue effectively anymore and so we stand still as an overflowing population of immigrants pour over the borders. "

" It is unfortunate that you did not actually read the bill (S. 2433) before writing this article. I know this because as a policy analyst for a major advocacy organization i was assigned to this bill and know it back and forth. The bill does NOT call for any extra spending, it does not require new money, but rather asks the United States to keep the promise it made to the worlds poor 8 years ago in the MDG's. It also says: lets strategize how we use foreign aid in order to end extreme poverty instead of just spending some here and there without a comprehensive strategy. Next time, read the bill and don't just take what you heard Rush Limaugh say on the radio as gospel truth--he's usually wrong about these sorts of things. "

" jasonalphonse:

We all need to be more informed on legislation because most of it is wrong-headed, genuinely stupid, dangerous to our country, devoted to a special interest group, just plain useless, or all of the above. We would be in a much better position to put a stop to it. Unfortunately, the politicians have vast staff help that can write this garbage faster than we can read and decipher what it means. I find it interesting that advocacy groups have to hire analysts to tell them what it all means. Maybe we should subscribe to neutral analysts (if we can find any) to reduce the deliberate confusion of legislative writing. There's an idea jasonalphonese, care to start an independent thinking analyst group?

But please explain, as you wrote: "The bill does NOT call for any extra spending, it does not require new money, but rather asks the United States to keep the promise it made to the worlds poor 8 years ago in the MDG's. It also says: lets strategize how we use foreign aid . . . "

If it doesn't call for extra spending or new money, by what magic do we end world poverty? I suspect possibly by bills passed but left unfunded, and now we are expected to fund them. Sorry, but that's extra spending and new money.

To add further non-PC thought, don't we have plenty of poverty right here in the USA? We can do a lot of good right here at home. Look at the staggering amounts we give away, and yet we get "hatred of America" and other low popularity reports flowing from most of the recipients. How often would you go back to a business that treated you so poorly? "

" I have enjoyed this writers past works also. He appears to be in tune with what is really happening in our government, not what they want us to believe. This article is spot on with me. He seems to be astute, focused and evidently has some very good contacts. There is a conspiracy and it is led by the Council on Foreign Relations and is building in momentum daily. That group has spent billions to further the planned North American Union which would eventually lead to one world government with their members in charge. Many elected US Congress members are participants in this plot too. "

" Jason, I'd like to point out that the USA now gives billions annually in foreign aid to 154 countries. There are only 192 countries in the world. We are currently 10 TRILLION in debt and growing. I guess you won't be happy until we are giving foreign aid to all 191 countries. If the goal is to end poverty, we should stop all foreign aid handouts and implement "loans" that are backed by a nation's assets. I seems to me that the USA is going to be the poorest nation on Earth if things don't change. How can the American taxpayer support the entire world? It can't! It's also unconstitutional to tax Americans and then give those funds to foreign governments. We've gone to war over much less than that before. It's time to purge the traitors out of our government. "

He talks about the Rockefellars and what they are trying to do. This was told to him by Nick Rockefellar before 9/11. I recommend it to anyone that believes this nonsense about a "war on terrorism" crap. We've been soldout by our own government. "

" So-called "brainwashing" techniques pre-date both the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, but I'm wondering how it is possible to "teach homosexuality". Hmmm. No court ordered Ozzie Guillen to attend sensitivity training; indeed, his employer ordered such training as a prerequisite for Ozzie keeping his job. (Employers have a right to expect that employees attend training sessions if paid for their time while doing so.) I guess that the Chicago White Sox didn't want to be associated with Ozzie's personal views regarding certain issues. Did we really just experience the coldest winter in 100 years? Really? Really? (Who's we?) Obama is a Christian. The U.S. Constitution requires that governmenet be neutral on issues regarding religion; therefore, the U.S. is neither "pro" or "anti" Islam. "
