Education Art competition Submit artwork to the Napa City-County Library’s annual juried competition before Monday for a chance at a one-artist show in downtown Napa. A dozen artists are selected, and the works of one artist per month are exhibited at the library over a 12-month period. Submissions accepted in photography, graphics, oil painting, acrylic painting, watercolor painting, gauche painting and mixed-media.
