Want a street tree planted in front of your house? Is your sidewalk buckled? Has the street light burned out?

Issues such as these and plenty more can now be submitted to the city of Napa at it new online Service Center.
Citizens can submit any question. It will be routed to the city employee who can give them an answer, said Barry Martin, the city’s Public Outreach Coordinator.

They can also make a service request in more than 20 areas, including  reporting a tree limb down, a broken piece of park play equipment, graffiti and water leaks, Martin said.
Users can tap into a list of frequently asked questions that address some of the most common problems, he said.

The Service Center has a tracking capability so residents can find out how their questions and requests are being handled, Martin said.
The Service Center can be found on the city’s Web site, www.cityofnapa.org.
