Dear editor, This is to the person who run over our beloved cat, Cheech, on Feb. 12, at 8 p.m. on Kansas Avenue and left him to die in the middle of the street: You could’ve stopped, as his name tag was knocked off his neck and laid by his body. You could’ve come to the door; someone was there.
