Last year when the city extended Big Ranch Road to a connection with Soscol Avenue, it installed a long median that drastically changed the way you had to enter both the Silverado Shopping Center (Longs, Nob Hill, etc.) and the financial center across the street (Bank of America and WestAmerica banks).
