Landslides closed Silverado Trail in St. Helena area Sunday

CommentSilverado Trail was blocked by two mudslides near St. Helena Sunday afternoon and late Sunday night.
The first occurred on the Trail near Pratt Avenue at about 3 p.m.

Traffic was diverted at Deer Park Road and Pope Street. The road reopened at about 5 p.m., after county crews cleaned up the slide.
The second landslide occurred near Bale Lane at about 12:30 a.m., causing the road to be closed until about 5 a.m. Monday.
