Agenda: The afternoon agenda includes the council meeting as the Napa Housing Authority to accept an audit, approve a fund transfer from Laurel Manor to the Mod Rehab Fund and approve a $25,000 appropriation so that a Rohlffs Manor project funding request can be analyzed.

The afternoon council agenda includes:
Award contract to Hess Concrete Construction Co. for $1.27 million for construction of the Napa River Oxbow Preserve

Request full federal funding of Napa River flood control project
Appoint representatives to the Housing Element Advisory Committee

Discuss and give direction to staff regarding releasing its first right of refusal to buy the house at 3 Bremen Court

Report on circulation at Bel Aire Plaza.

The 6:30 p.m. agenda includes:

a development plan for a fire station serving the Browns Valley area

Report on withdrawal of application for annexation of Golden Gate Drive/Foster Road

Public hearing on application for condo conversion of the 42-unit Marina Vista apartments, 1003 Marina Drive.
