Polling place information for Feb. 5 primary

The following polling places (listed with corresponding precinct numbers) will be open for the Feb. 5 presidential primary. Polling places marked with asterisks have been partially converted to vote-by-mail precincts. Some voters who used to attend those polling places are now vote-by-mail voters, even though the polling place remains open.

In our view, allowing the Stanly Lane Marketplace to serve food and wine would not jeopardize the county's rural character, and Measure K is not a meaningful attack on the Agricultural Preserve. We urge a “yes” vote on Measure K.

Register Endorsement: Yes on Measure L, No on Proposition 92

Community colleges appear twice on the Feb. 5 ballot. Measure L on the Napa County ballot seeks a $178 million bond for Napa Valley College to improve the campus and add new facilities.Proposition 92, which is before voters across the state, seeks to boost funding for all community colleges. In our view, the local measure deserves strong support and the statewide measure should be rejected.
