CommentCommunity members are organizing a visit this spring to Napa’s sister city, Iwanuma, Japan.
The tour will be April 5-13, with three days in Iwanuma where Napans will stay in local homes, organizer Charlie Ray told the City Council Tuesday.

There is space for 20 people. The cost will be under $2,500 including taxes and fuel surcharge, with most meals included, he said.
