Police said that Luis Aguayo, 19, was hanging out at the parking lot at 11 p.m., when he spotted another man whom he thought was looking at him disrespectfully police reports show.
Aguayo told the man that he was going to kill him and brandished a knife according to police. The man called police and officers arrested Aguayo on suspicion of making criminal threats and threatening someone with a knife.

" Why was this loser sitting in the lot at 11 p.m. in the first place? Was he there to eat or just looking to make trouble? 1 night in jail for such an extreme threat is NOT sufficient! More like a slap on the hand. These guys need a wake up call-- Napa will not tollerate this type of behavior! If only... "

" Skippert... you always pull out your knife just because someone looks at you disrespectfully? Maybe they are just glancing at you in a strange way but that is no reason to pull out a knife. Plus, arent you not supposed to carry a knife/weapon on you, let alone show it? "
