Crash causes widespread power outages
A solo-vehicle traffic wreck caused widespread power outages in the north Napa area Friday night. The Napa Police Department said alcohol was a factor in the wreck. As of Saturday afternoon 330 homes were still without power.
Some jail inmates released by mistake return, but not all
A total of six Napa County jail inmates have turned themselves in after they were released by mistake earlier this week, with six more out of the 25 expected to come back by late Saturday, according to Napa County Department of Corrections officials.
