Drilling a lot of holes

Michael Ordonez of Napa didn't let the rain on Tuesday morning keep him from installing parking lot bumpers at Napa Valley College. The work crew, with Striping Graphics in Petaluma, was installing 158 bumpers, which meant that 316 holes had to be drilled for the rebar which would hold the guards in place. Areas of the Napa Valley College parking lot were closed Tuesday, the first day of walk-in registration, as the school completed re-striping and the addition of new parking bumpers. The newly expanded front parking lot is expected to be fully open before classes begin
