State lawmakers behind the curve, as always
Environmentalists, as well as so many other well-funded counter-cultural lunatic groups, are obviously suicidal. As with all too many suicidal individuals, they want to take as many others with them as they can grab onto.

The recent announcement that JobCare, St. Helena Hospital’s occupational medical clinic, will be closing in January was not surprising. The delivery of occupational medical services is labor-intensive, receiving marginal reimbursement by insurers.
