Support for NVC bond

I'm probably the least political person you'll ever meet, but I just finished reading Napa Valley Register staff writer Jillian Jones' well-written article, "Taxpayer group takes aim at NVC bond bid, Supporters: $178M measure is key to college's future." I have a few thoughts to share.
