Chimney fire at Harvest Inn

St. Helena firefighters battled a chimney fire that spread to the roof of Harvest Inn in St. Helena Friday night.
The fire happened around 8:30 p.m., and began in a chimney at the inn according to the St. Helena Fire Department. Flames spread from the chimney into the roof of the inn and into the truss system of the structure.
St. Helena fire crews along with Napa County Fire units responded to the fire and had it contained within 45 minutes. Flames caused $60,000 worth of damage to the structure and about $3,000 to contents inside the inn, according to the St. Helena Fire Department.
