This week's recipes come from the kitchens at Hess Collection Winery, including Hesse Salad, Ahi Tuna with Quinoa, and Beef Tenderloin with Celery Root Puree.

" Of all the Hess recipes this week the one that is easiest and absolutely terrific is the salad. We all loved it at the tasting, but the real test was when I tried it a home on my vegetable-phobic son. It was a hit. Which is to say, he ate it. "
