A 19-year-old Napa woman told police she was awaken early Friday morning by a man sexually molesting her, Sgt. Paul Paniagua said.
The woman, who knows the suspect, was asleep in her bed at her residence in Napa.
The man entered the house through an unlocked rear door of the home, Paniagua said. “She told him to get out of the house, and he left. The victim reported the incident to police around 8 a.m., Friday.”
Later that morning police arrested James Broesch at his home on Newell Circle in north Napa.
Broesch, 21, was booked into the county jail on burglary and sexual penetration with a foreign object.
