Nominations open for Hispanic Network Awards

The Napa County Hispanic Network invites the community to submit nomination for its annual Lifetime Achievement and Friends of the Network awards to be presented at the Napa Opera House Jan. 15.

The Annual Lifetime Achievement Awards recognize individuals from Napa County who have demonstrated strong community leadership and have provided services and/or made significant contributions to Latinos in Napa County over at least a 10-year period of time.  
The Friends of the Network awards are presented to individuals who have assisted the Hispanic Network in meeting its mission of promoting higher education, building community partnerships and achieving an equal voice on countywide issues.

Individuals can apply or be nominated by a group or individual, and must reside in Napa County. High school students are also eligible. Enclosed is a nomination form. Nomination forms may be mailed to: Lupe Rincon, P.O. Box 7249, Napa, CA  94558.  
Deadline for nominations is Nov. 30. Nomination forms may be downloaded from the Web site at www.napacountyhispanicnetwork.com.
