Court hearing continued for alleged shooter
The preliminary hearing for Modesto resident Willis Creech, 31, was continued from Wednesday to Nov. 16. Creech is charged with five counts of attempted murder after police say he fired a shotgun into a Dry Creek Road home on Sept. 15.
