The Rimsky-Korsakov String Quartet from St. Petersburg, Russia, comes to the Lincoln Theater in Yountville Saturday for one performance.

Also taking part in this “Celebration of Art and Music,” is St. Petersburg artist Valery Obedkov, whose work will be on display, along with paintings by local artists.
The event is being organized by local composer Louise Canepa. The quartet will perform works by Canepa as well as Marge Wheeler. Soloist Sally Munroe and the Angelo Piano Duo will also perform.

The doors will open at the Lincoln Theater at 1 p.m. Saturday for the art show. The concert begins at 3 p.m. Tickets, $20-$50, ($10 for students) are on sale now at the Lincoln Theater Box Office, 944-1300.
Complimentary wine and refreshments will be served.

The Veterans Home of California at Yountville Allied Council, the Morale Welfare & Recreation Fund and the American Association of Pen Women provided support for the concert.
