Face it, the Napa River floods every few years. Are you doing anything to prepare for the next flood? Have you added anything new since the New Years Eve flood from 2005-06?

" Flood? I'm cleaning my Air Conditioner and preparing for the heat wave of global warming. Lots of tea bags to make sun tea and bermuda shorts. If some alien race visited us, I will be shamed to call myself human. Fads and foibles rule our American culture. We were supposed to be well adjusted geniuses by now. All we got was phony Dr's Laura and Phil. We still have our winter wear and are ready should the rain interfere with AlGores delusions. "

" Of course I'm ready! I wasn't stupid enough to buy or rent a home in an area that floods! "

" I am always ready! Besides lifting my house after the 95 flood I have things outside tied down or lifted above the water. No matter the system in town, the county will always have floods. "
