Motorcycle goes up in flames, owner arrested

Gabriel Francis Hernandez was acting strangely early Friday night according to his neighbors.

Napa Police records show that neighbors told police that Hernandez was jumping on the roof of his home on the 100 block of Broadmoore Drive and eventually fell off.

Then, around 1:58 a.m., Saturday, neighbors reported that a motorcycle was burning at the home. When police arrived, they discovered the motorcycle was completely destroyed and that its registered owner, Hernandez, was nowhere to be found.

Officers later caught up to Hernandez and arrested him on suspicion of the arson of the motorcycle.
