• Silverado Trail north of Lincoln Avenue: One-way traffic controls will resume starting Tuesday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. while Napa Sanitation District replaces a sewer line and pump station.
• Second Street between California Boulevard and Jefferson Street: PG&E is preparing to bury utility lines. One lane will be closed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the work moves block by block./Register
