Napan arrested in assault case
Police have been looking for Garrett Lars Elshere, who they believe is responsible for an assault on a homeless man on May 12 in front of Mervyns Department store on Main Street. Investigators got a hand in their search when Elshere showed in court Thursday morning for an unrelated matter, Napa Police Sgt. Paul Paniagua said.
