Fred and Fay (Swett) Bockhahn of Napa celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on April 14, 2007. Family and friends offered congratulations at an open house at the couple's home. Cake and refreshments were shared while reminiscing old times and fond memories.

Fred and Fay were married April 4, 1942, in Petaluma. They have been residents of Napa County for 70 years.
Fay is a longtime member of First Christian Church and was an office manager for Sunsweet and Levinson's Drugs for 20 years. She loves to travel and enjoys reading.

Fred worked in ammunition ordinance at Mare Island for 31 years. He enjoys traveling and fishing.
The couple have three children, Carl Bockhahn of San Luis Obispo, Keith Bockhahn of Salem, Ore., and Roger Bockhahn of Ridgecrest. They have nine grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
