Jill Woolley and David Sinclair of Napa announce their engagement to be married on June 30 in Napa.

Jill is the daughter of Tom and Diane Woolley of Napa and granddaughter of Tom and Dorothy Woolley of Napa and John and Nancy Pachankis of Bossier City, La. She graduated from Justin-Siena High School in 1999 and received her bachelor's degree in psychology from UC San Diego and her master's in counseling from Sonoma State University. She is a school counselor at Justin-Siena High School.
David is the son of Dr. Gordon and Marit Sinclair of Napa and grandson of Gordon Sinclair of Yountville. He is a 1999 graduate of Justin-Siena High School and received his bachelor's degree in business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, in 2003. David is a senior associate at Frank, Rimerman and Co. Public Accounting Firm in St. Helena.

David and Jill are high school sweethearts who began dating nine years ago.
