Dear editor, About the letter in the opinion page dated Feb. 28 (“Downtown violence and chance for change”), this is to say to Mr. Matt Stone and once again to sound off to the good citizens of Napa, city of Napa and the valley of Napa people, why is it when something comes up about the homeless people of Napa that they always get the bad rap, that they are transients, seediness, an eyesore, that they are all drug dealers and addicts, they litter, that they do this bad thing on that bad thing?
