Dear editor, My friend George Carl’s Outdoors piece on Feb. 2 (“Guns and the sportsman”) is as wrong as wrong can be.

Dear editor, Having lived in the Napa Valley for the last 22 years and more than six years in Angwin, I sympathize with people who are opposed to the Eco-Village project; I also see the need for PUC to use their assets to their best interest.

Dear editor, A warm hearth and pleasant company easily serve to soothe the winter-bound soul — and on recent evenings St. Helena’s historical backyard gem was the place for a playful and spirited concert that both invigorated and inspired.
