Michelle Renee Fullner of Napa and Andrew Allen Barker of San Jose announce their engagement to be married on May 27 at the Elks Lodge in Napa.

Michelle is the daughter of Matthew and Kathryn Fullner, both of Napa, and granddaughter of Stan Silsby and the late Kathryn Silsby and the late Britt and Jane Fullner. She graduated from Napa High School in 2004 and plans to graduate from North Seattle Community College this spring with an AA degree. She also plans to go to San Jose State University for a bachelor's in English. Michelle is employed as a barista at Starbucks in Seattle, Wash., and an associate at In-N-Out Burger in Napa.
Andrew is the son of Pamela and Neill Barker, both of Napa, and grandson of Arthur and Ruth Barker, Andy and the late Dorothy Moe. He graduated from New Technology High School in 2001 and from Sonoma State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Andrew plans to pursue a master's degree in business administration from San Jose State University. He is employed by BFI Business Finance in San Jose.
