Carrie Gregory of Napa and Ryan Taylor of Willows announce their engagement to be married on May 12 at Napa Valley Country Club.

Carrie is the daughter of Jane and Steve Gregory of Napa. Her grandmothers are Lillian Gregory and Nellie Northam, both of Napa. Her grandfathers were the late Lloyd Gregory and Dr. Al Northam. She graduated from Vintage High School in 1999 and received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Chico State in December 2006. She works for Fremont Medical Center in Yuba City.
Ryan is the son of Brian and Valerie Taylor of Willows. He graduated from Willows High School in 1996 and is a sergeant in the Army National Guard Unit of Chico. He is a student in the Building Inspection Program at Butte Community College in Chico.
