St. Helena meeting on minors and alcohol

The St. Helena Partnership of the Catalyst Coalition holds a panel discussion Monday on how local law enforcement deals with residential parties involving minors and alcohol.
The 6-7:30 p.m. discussion at the St. Helena Boys & Girls Club includes St. Helena Police Chief Monty Castillo, St. Helena School Resource Officer Sean Magill and Napa County Sheriff's Deputy Jon Thompson.
