Courtney McGraw of Napa and Jourdan Carter of Vallejo announced their engagement with a wedding planned for May 12 at Napa Elks Lodge. Courtney is the daughter of Don and Kris McGraw of Napa and the granddaughter of Paul Miller and the late Marge Miller of Napa and Ron McGraw and the late Janet McGraw of Vacaville.

Courtney graduated from Vintage High School in 2001 where she was active in softball. She also played for Napa Valley Express Softball, Napa Valley Girls Fastpitch and on the Optimist Basketball League. She is head cashier for Home Depot in Napa.
Jourdan is the son of Bill and Jaynene Carter of Vallejo and the grandson of Lois Ingold and the late Jourdan Ingold of Concord and Keith and Maudie Carter of Texas. Jourdan graduated from Vintage High School in 2002. Jourdan was active in the Optimist Basketball League. He is employed by Trinchero Family Estate Winery.
