The Napa County Flood and Water Conservation District’s engineer, Mr. Bob Peterson, is right in his letter to the editor on Dec. 3 (“No link between measure A, Gasser”).

Wednesday was a terrible day for several military families across the United States, as the Marine Corps levied charges against eight soldiers for their roles in a bloody 2005 incident in Haditha, Iraq, or for their roles in what has been called a cover-up of the incident.
