Morrison-Carlson
Bronwyn D. Carlson of Napa and Martin J. Morrison III of West Allenhurst, N.J., announce their engagement to be married on April 28, 2007, in Napa.
Bronwyn is the daughter of Martha and Dr. Roger Carlson of Napa. She attended Justin-Siena High School, where she graduated in 1998; the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where she received her bachelor of science in kinesiology in 2002; and St. George's University School of Medicine, where she is completing her final year of medical school. Bronwyn will start a medical residency in pediatrics in July 2007.
Martin is the son of Fran Morrison and Janet and Martin J. Morrison Jr., all of Toms River, N.J. He graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, Conn., in 1991 and received a bachelor's degree from Tufts University in Medford, Mass., in mathematics and French in 1995. He is completing his final year of medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. Martin is pursuing a residency in orthopaedic surgery in July 2007.
The couple met while studying in Grenada and were engaged in New York City. They are awaiting their medical residency assignments, which are announced in March.
