Israel Torres and Nadia Pena, both of St. Helena, married on June 17 at the St. Helena Catholic Church. The reception was held at Muray Hall.

The bride's maid of honor was Rocio Canchola and her bridesmaids were Andria Stark and Kassandra Pena. The groom's best man was Rafael Ivan Torres and his groomsmen were Jon-Erik Pena and Eliot Torres. Cali Grace Curiel and Simone Claire Fong were the flower girls and Lizette America Rios was the ring bearer.
The couple honeymooned on a Mexican cruise. They make their new home in St. Helena.

Nadia is the daughter of Luis and Maria Pena of St. Helena. She graduated from St. Helena High School in 2001 and received her bachelor's degree in Latin American studies from Sonoma State in 2005. She is a fifth-grade teacher at the Napa Valley Language Academy in Napa.
Israel is the son of Elias and Julieta Torres of Napa. He graduated from St. Helena High School in 1999 and received his associate's degree in telecommunications and electronics from Napa Valley College. Israel is employed by St. Helena Hospital as a biomed tech.
