Ray Borgia and Diane (MacPherson) Borgia celebrated their 40th anniversary on Nov. 7 with a cruise on the Mexican Riviera aboard the Carnival Spirit with friends. They also celebrated Diane's 60th birthday on Nov. 15.

The Borgias married on Aug. 6, 1966, in Reno, Nev. They have resided in Napa County for 40 years.
Mrs. Borgia loves bingo, Reno business trips, spending time with her grandson and shopping. She was the owner of Borgia Family Daycare for 22 years.

Mr. Borgia is a member of the Native Sons and is an Oakland Raiders fan who enjoys bowling and playing cards with friends. He retired as a fireman from the Concord Naval Weapons Station, and currently works for Napa Valley Unified School District.
The Borgias have a daughter, Carrie, and son, Michael, both of Napa. They have one grandchild, Gabriel.
