Napa Ford now has three Hispanic salespeople and a Hispanic service reps.

With the market growing faster than any other, the dealership plans to be a leader in service, sales and loyalty, according to a press release.

Senetek PLC reports earnings today
Senetek PLC, a life sciences product development company, announced that it will report its third quarter 2006 results today, following the close of trading.

Senetek is a life sciences product development company with an extensive array of intellectual properties covering in excess of 2,000 patented and patent applied for compounds and uses targeting the science of aging to include skincare and dermatological therapeutics, erectile dysfunction, nutrition and cancer through RNA interference technology.

RCU honored for Youth Literacy

Redwood Credit Union, the largest Credit Union in the North Bay, was recently selected by the California Credit Union League as winner of the Desjardins Award for Youth Financial Education, which recognizes leadership within the credit union movement on behalf of youth financial literacy.

RCU placed first among credit unions of $200 million or more in assets.

Redwood Credit Union was recognized for its strong commitment to youths and financial literacy, including the recent addition of Efren Carrillo as Community Education Manager, whose primary focus is on financial literacy and education programs for the youth and Hispanic markets.

RCU also promotes financial literacy through quarterly educational youth newsletters, participation in National Credit Union Youth Week, and by partnering with various schools, youth organizations, and agencies to educate young people in the area of finance.

In the two years since starting their Youth Accounts program, RCU has opened more than 4,313 active youth accounts.

The RCU Youth Accounts program is divided into two groups: Jr. Rangers, for children through age 12, and Jr. Partners for teenagers 13-17.

GeoCentral hosts warehouse sale

GeoCentral, the Napa-based worldwide importer and distributor, will open it’s doors for a once-a-year warehouse sale.

The importer sells home and  garden gifts including jewelry, crystals, rocks, stones, children’s activities and other decorative items.

GeoCentral’s sale is Nov. 17 to Dec. 30. Open daily except for Thanksgiving, Christmas  Eve and Christmas Day, the sale hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
